The Runway For A Cause Project:
This year, we proudly joined hands with Runway For A Cause, a local non-profit based in the Southern Tier of New York. Runway For A Cause is a shining example of a grassroots organization with a vision to empower creative artists, showcase talent through fashion shows, and give back to the community through fundraising efforts.

Behind the Scenes: Crafting a Fantastic Fashion Site:
The goal was to create a digital space that not only presented Runway For A Cause’s activities but also captured the spirit and passion of the organization. We started the process by interviewing the executive members and reviewing the content of the previous website to determine what content we are working with. As they say in industry, content is king, never have truer words been spoken. After discerning what content we had to work with we assigned some light homework to the executive staff; give us some of your favorite websites and explain what you do and do not like from them. Followed by a secondary light assignment to recommend websites working in a similar fashion space and, similar to the first assignment, we prompted them to outline their likes and dislikes.
Awesome! We now had all the content, the style, and feel desired to create a new website, so the team got right to work crafting a custom website to fit the ideas the Runway For A Cause folks had outlined for us.
Within a couple of weeks, a number of website critiques and follow-up questions, the newest instance of the Runway For A Cause website was born!
The redesign included a user-friendly sleek interface, responsive design for optimal viewing on all devices, and intuitive navigation to ensure visitors could easily explore the site’s content. It also highlighted their upcoming events, previous partners, previous fashion shows, and provide ways for passionate fashion talent to find a home.
Joining Forces for Community Impact:
